CHILD SUPPORT
From initial calculations to modifications and enforcement, we help clients understand their rights and obligations under Colorado’s child support guidelines. The amount of child support is generally determined based on the Colorado guidelines, which consider factors such as both parents’ income, the number of children involved, the custody arrangement, and other related expenses.
POST-DECREE MODIFICATIONS & ENFORCEMENT
Circumstances change — we help clients seek or contest modifications to existing orders related to custody, parenting time, child support, and spousal maintenance. We also pursue enforcement of court orders when compliance becomes an issue
ADOPTIONS
We assist with stepparent, kinship, custodial, and second-parent adoptions, as well as termination of parental rights when necessary. Our firm also handles guardianships and legal custody arrangements for non-parents.

I have dedicated my legal career to representing individuals and families through some of the most challenging transitions of their lives. For over 25 years, I have focused my practice on family law and criminal defense, with a particular emphasis on complex, high-conflict matters requiring thoughtful strategy and assertive advocacy.
My family law practice includes divorce and legal separation, the division of complex marital estates, maintenance (alimony), allocation of parental responsibilities (custody and parenting time), child support, paternity, and adoption. I also represent clients in post-decree modifications, enforcement actions, and protection order proceedings.
Based in Arvada, Colorado, I serve clients throughout the Denver metro area.
